The Health and Hunger Task Force met in April and highlighted several milestones and forward-looking initiatives to strengthen collaboration and data sharing across Central Florida. Leaders introduced the Task Force’s updated Mission and Vision, emphasizing a more connected, systems-level approach to reducing food insecurity and advancing whole-person health.
The meeting also marked the release of HHTF’s first Annual Report, which highlights progress in areas such as healthcare provider education, the Common Metrics Initiative, and the development of partnerships across sectors. Partners participated in activities to identify key datasets and discuss ways to build trust, enhance transparency, and improve alignment across shared data systems.
