We’re excited to share the results of the first HHTF Systems Survey, part of our Common Metrics strategy. This survey is designed to help us understand what’s shifting across policies, funding, relationships, and practices that impact how we serve the community. While we had a small number of responses this year, this is an important first step in building a baseline of what’s changing across our network. Over time, this will help us better spot patterns, align our efforts, and respond more effectively together.
