The Common Metrics Working Group is excited to launch Phase 2 of our HHTF data strategy – a systems survey designed to help us collectively understand the system-level shifts that are shaping our HHTF priority areas. This will be the first of an annual survey that will build our baseline understanding of system changes affecting this work and eventually track how these conditions evolve over time. The survey framework was built based on the Systems Change Model: The Water of Systems Change by FSG.
| To make this useful and comfortable for partners, we’ve created a two‑part survey, each with a clear purpose: Part 1: System Trends: Captures system-wide trends by asking one representative from each organization about changes within their organization. No organization-specific details will be shared. Systems Survey Part 1 Preview Complete the Survey in Qualtrics Part 2: Identifiable Qualitative Survey An opportunity for partners to share concrete examples of system changes they’re seeing within their organization and the broader community. These examples will help bring context to the trends we capture in Part 1. Multiple submissions per organization are welcome, and they will be shared with the HHTF in an identifiable manner. We appreciate your efforts to complete these surveys, knowing this may require time and teamwork across your organization. Our goal is that this shared effort will help us strengthen our understanding of what is happening in our community and better inform our collective strategy moving forward.
To help us reach our goal of at least a 70% response rate from HHTF organizations, please complete and submit your survey responses by Tuesday, March 31st. Your input will directly inform key insights that we will share at the April HHTF meeting and include in our first HHTF Annual Report.
