Nutrition Education Resources
Evaluate existing nutrition education resources for patients, developing a curated set of evidence based and culturally appropriate materials that would benefit patients and healthcare practitioners in Central Florida.
Evaluate existing food intervention programming outcomes to determine if proof of concept has been achieved by any of the existing programs, and any gaps in evaluation/data collection.
